Grace Heers writes stories of human vulnerability with sensitivity and strength, coaxing them out of the shadows and into the light where they can be witnessed. Her debut memoir, Darling Humans — a raw journey through addiction, silence, and the fierce work of finding voice — will be released in early 2026.
Grace’s writing is shaped by years amplifying the voices of those pushed to the edges: refugees from war-affected communities, survivors of sex trafficking, and families living in poverty. She believes in the power of words to break silence, end shame, and open the way to healing.
Now living on the Sunshine Coast, Grace draws inspiration from the ocean, her family, and the ongoing courage of those who choose to tell their stories.
